I rang Mischa about updating/re-keying the locks in my new house. He gave me a comprehensive run down of the basic costs and potential additional costs (e.g. new locks). On the day, Mischa was punctual and did a thorough run through of all my options. Then he got to work, with a few small interruptions from my dog! I highly recommend Mischa 🙂

I first contacted Misha regarding a striker plate I was in need of that I couldn't find locally. He had one and was willing to drop it off for free...fantastic service!!!!! Ben is the finest. He said it would take a week, but in just a few days he fixed a tricky patio door lock, found the part even though part of it had been discontinued, and came back. Now, I feel a lot safer!
