I rang Mischa about updating/re-keying the locks in my new house. He gave me a comprehensive run down of the basic costs and potential additional costs (e.g. new locks). I first contacted Misha regarding a striker plate I was in need of that I couldn't find locally. He had one and was willing to drop it off for free...fantastic service!!!!!
